Blues Tent

I hear that the Blues Tent is back, meaning one more stage than last year. One more tidbit of GOOD NEWS for festers. (Jazz Festing since 1974)

I'd rather have the HOB Blues Stage than the tent, but yes, an extra stage is good news.

It was awfully nice seeing blues at stages where dancing is allowed and where there aren't tent walls to hold out the large crowds. Give us the blues stage pleaaaaaase.

A dedicated Blues stage would be a great thing to have back!
Much preferred to the out of the way, Acura stage sound washed, too damn hot cause of the tent walls, lousy sound mix, no dancing allowed, can't find a spot to plop Blues Tent!
Bringing back the HOB (or somebody's) Blues Stage would be great. I wouldn't want to give up the Injuns/Heritage stage, though, that was the coolest new programming thing at the Fest in years!:cool:

yyr, blitzz. as i typed my wish for a blues stage, i kept seeing my beloved injuns and brass bands being relegated to who knows where, and that just can't happen.
