Tulane, a program that's had to smile about since Hurricane Katrina ravaged their town two years ago, has one heck of a running back on its hands. Saturday against SMU, Matt Forte produced his second 300-yard game of the season, this time bursting for a staggering 342 yards on 38 carries in an overtime victory, Tulane's second of the season.
Over his past five games, Forte has run for 200 or more yards in four of them. No word on whether the Saints will start borrowing him on Sundays.

Thanks VW, it was fun to put together...got some cool black and gold sneakers on ebay today (thanks for helping me out Jenn!) and some Saints hair scrunchies for pig tails...haven't worn a short skirt in a loooong time though....I got the cheerleading panty things to go underneath though...should be fun :)

The local news announced that the aforemention Army Corps of Engineers had to close one of the gates of one of the canals today because of fears of the intense rain and flash floods. :eek:
