Aww...y'all are too much!:o Thank you very much! Believe it or not, your greetings make it all even more special. This is a pretty special group here...supportive, fun & loving. Hey...think we can all call Rev. Moon and have a big ceremony?:D
It's been a great year, and one of the highlights was getting involved in the NOMC Benefit Patry this year. It was such an honor for me to participate in a noble cause like this one.
Plus, I got to finally meet you folks and put faces to the names from this forum. And then, try to remember which screen name went to the birth name that went to the face...
I always celebrate the entire month of October, but the actual day was the same day as Boozoo Chavis and Johnny Carson. So, Tall Stacks kicked off the month for me, and I got to hang and party with some of the Threadheads in the course of the month.
Can't wait 'till Jazz Fest '07, when we all will get a million hugs!

Ah, Gleen-da! YYR, it was at Ingrid's. You have an excellent memory. The blue room line @ Ingrid's party is also where I met Picesgirl and Amylovesthefest for the first time, too!
Thank you jada & Swampie for your greetings! The official party is on Saturday, at the same time as my daughter's Hallowe'een party.
I went shopping at the liquor store and treated myself to a bottle of Ciroc, Woodford Reserve, Patron silver, Kahlua, Cointreau, etc. Figgered it was a good time to restock the liquor cabinet. Ordered two cakes: a carrot cake, for Hallowe'en party and a Black Forest cheesecake. Hope everyone has a fun weekend!
