Wow! Thanks so much for the heartwarming birthday wishes today. They made me smile big time....THANK YOU!!! We had a killer party last night (thanks to Saturn and Mr. Saturn for attending :) and it rocked on until 5 a.m. Still in my jammies, had a birthday lunch (patry leftovers- muffalettas, mac and cheese, jambalaya) and bloody ceasars with my girlfriends, then slept almost all day. It was a blast! Merry Christmas everyone....love all y'all a ton!!!! MUAH!

Yeah, the food was grand this year and people were excited (they don't get this stuff up here very often lol)
I made:
Muffaletta's with Boscoli's olive salad
Jambalaya-chicken, shrimp and sausage
Louisiana style BBQ Shrimp with french bread for dipping (was to die for!)
Chili
Linda's Mac and cheese
Mexican corn bread (my Texas friend made this-YUM!)
Zapp's chips
Cajun hot nuts
and then many assorted dips and stuff (Saturn's Mango Chutney veggie dip was fabuloso!)
Hot damn it was a good eatin' patry :)

It's never too late to wish the Corona a Happy B-Day -- man, that sounded like one unbelievable get together! The menu was outta sight. And so great that the Saturns and Jamns were there. Looking forward to seein' your smiling face at Fest, and so great that your daughter and her friend are joining you. One day I will get my youngest there, she is completely music-obssessed, so one day I know her 18 year old tastes will mature enough that she'd appreciate it.
