Today's the day for my Christmas Special. If you want to listen in, it can be found at wevl.org from 4 to 6 PM Central time (5 to 7 Eastern, 2 to 4 Pacific, 3 to 5 Mountain, and no telling when in Australia). I hope that you'll find the time to share a couple of hours of great music with me.

Stax,

We'll have you on here in the semi-frozen north. I'll even turn off the Africam to improve my bandwidth! Hope you'll be able to include that smashing mp3 from Trombone Shorty and Crew that was on NBC.

This radio show sucks. I requested some Van Halen, but all they're playing is some tuba music. What's up with THAT????

Thanks! I ran out of time before I got everything I wanted in. The shows on every Friday, but the Christmas show is my favorite.

Stax,
Sorry I missed your show, just got in and found the thread. Do you post your playlist online?

For anyone interested, I will be doing my Christmas show from 3-6pm EST, on the web at WEMU.ORG, this Sunday, Christmas Eve! I'll be covering wide swath, including New Orleans music, as well as blues, trad jazz and lots of R&B takes on Christmas favorites, closing with Louis Armstrong reading "The Night Before Christmas."

Merry Christmas, Baby! Please let me be your Santa Claus!

I'm gonna try to tune in Blitzz. It's my birthday Christmas Eve and think I'll likely be on the couch until mass for 8:00 lol. Got a sticky at the puter.

Stax, sorry I missed your show. It sounds like it was really good and a shout out to the Threadheads is really cool!

I'm too lazy to post my playlists, but I'm going to try to start on that in the new year. If I get a chance today, I'll post the one from yesterday's show here.
