1. THey don't fly to New Orleans.
2. Their only partner is Air Trans, and they don't fly from my airport.
3. Frontier flys to Baton Rouge, but only flights available to those using flyer miles, to there, or to any other city I checked, gets you in at like 11 pm at nite. I called and because rep wasn't listening too carefully when I told him I was redeeming flyer miles, he gave me exactly flights I wanted both ways, and then quoted a price. When I reminded him I was redeeming miles those flights were no longer available. Obviously, Frontier has a policy of screwing their best customers, those flying often enough to be able to redeem miles. What a short sighted and misguided policy that is.
