Wonderful Threadhead Luncheon

We just back from Tomatillo's on Frenchman where we had an even dozen Threadheads and assorted spouses & friends in attendance.

It was the Rosetree's anniversary today and I was tickled they spent part of it with us. :)
Can't wait till Tangie posts her pictures. (and ya betta not call me Flipper either!) ;)

That was at BB Kings on Beale. It was Fried Green tomatoes, Voodoo Chicken, Fried Catfish filets, Gumbo, Crawfish Etouffe, Voodoo Potatoes and good bread. I had the ribs the night before. Best ribs I ever had; fell right off the bone.

We had a great time today!! Jimmy and I had a blast with Tangled, Jude, NOLA, ibjamn, hebjamn, a hungover Ms Seebass, freaquinox Charlie, Juls, and Mr and Mrs Rosetree. Many laughs and pictures. And Tangie snagged the whole check like the crazy woman she is before we could do anything about it. Very very sweet and generous. Thanks so much!

It's so nice to get together with a local "welcoming committee" when OOT Threadheads come for a visit!:D We should do it more often!

There is truly nothing like Threadheads coming together to break bread. Some of my favorite times in Nola. Glad it was a blast and can't wait to see the pics.
