Hey Now Friends!!! Just want to say a heartfelt thank you for all the nice thoughts..... I havent been around too much lately, but you all have made my day! Last weekend was a musical gem here in Salt Lake, with 2 of my favorite New Orleans' bands in town, back to back..... Friday was a night for the ages, with our old friends the Radiators putting on a Cajun Hoodoo groove clinic that had the crowd up and jigging from the first note. Then on Saturday, Ivan and Dumpstaphunk made thier first appearance here, a show that was strongly reminicent of the New Orleans streetFunk that the Meters created and that Ivan is now carring forth!!! A fine time was had by all. Thanks again for the birthday wishes, you are a great group of kids, and I am grateful for your friendship. Matthew
