For all you long range planners - Bonerama had been scheduled into the Lion's Den in NYC on 12/7 and 12/8.

Speaking of Chicago..... (a little off thread here). Does Sonia dada still play locally. I saw them at the Fest a few years back and really like their stuff. Saw them in New York a couple of times since over the years, but they don't seem to be around much anymore.

I am ALWAYS searching for that band. Have seen then in NY a bunch of times too and love them. I'd drop anything to go see them play again.
I check their website periodically but they don't seem to tour anymore.

Yeah, I emailed their promoter (who's based in Boston) and asked to please get them up here on this tour!

Very rarely. The best bet is to check them out at some neighborhood festivals in Chicago. That is one band that doesn't have to tour to keep afloat financial.

I was thinking Saturday. I'm sure we can get a sitter and make a night of it. I have tix to the Jets/Steelers game too if you want to come up and see your boy Ben play.

Ya mon! Thanks...! Wanna bet a penny that this will be the same weekend as Dave's party? ;)

I should have been more clear. The Jet/Steeler game is not the same weekend as Bonerama. It is on November 18th - Dave who? You heard from him lately.

Ahhh, 11/18. I don't think I have anything that weekend, but I'll double check the master-schedule tonight. Have not heard from His Bigness since I harassed him for not coming down during my last trip.

KK -

It has been a long time. How are you? I decided to reincarnate myself under the same name, unless I offended anyone in years past, then it wasn't me or I'm not him. I'm confusing myself here.

My two little boys (and w*rk) keep me pretty busy these days, but I am booked for first weekend in 2008.
