Family Day is September 23, 2007. Please come out and join the Archdiocese
of New Orleans Office of Black Catholic Ministries on Sunday, September 23,
2007 at Louis Armstrong Park inside Congo Square for a Black Catholic Gospel
Music Fest. The Fest will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30p.m. There will be lots
of food, arts and crafts available from vendors. Music will be provided by
church choirs from around the Archdiocese. Choir appearances by:
Our Lady Star of the Sea, St. Peter Claver, St. Paul, St. Francis de Sales,
St. Augustine, St. Joan of Arc., St. Leo the Great, St. David, St. Matthias,
Corpus Christi, Our Lady of Grace, St. Jude, Holy Ghost, Blessed Sacrament,
St. Gabriel, All Saints, Archdiocese of New Orleans Gospel Choir, and the
Blue Stand Boyz.
