I wasn't there, but apparently Kipori "Baby Wolf" Woods (a.k.a. "Little Baby") made an appearance at the local blues jam here in Dallas last night.
The New Orleans bluesman was a regular at Jazzfest for several years, but hasn't played Fest since, I think, 2003. Turns out he's now living in the Dallas suburb of Rockwall.
Looking forward to catching him locally sometime soon.
