Saw her at the Hollywood Bowl last night. WOW!!!!!!!!! She needs to come back to Jazz Fest! She looks and sounds better than ever.
We were trying to think of another jazz woman who was/is so accomplished as a singer & player. We couldn't come up with anyone.
She told a great story from high school. She was basically the dork in band playing "Ten Cents a Dance" while her friends were listening to Elvis Costello .... "I got the last laugh". It was great.

I'm married, but I'm secretly in love with Diana Krall. Please don't tell anyone. I hate Elvis Costello, that rat.

Sorry to hear that. It really sucks looking for a job in the summer. You know I wouldn't mind moving east but we'd have to convince Steve that Pennsylvania is the place to be! I'd be able to get a lot of baseball in ;0.

Well, we can be in Yankee Stadium in less than 2 hours. The Yankee AAA affliate is less than 15 minutes from my house. So, you're baseball jones will be sated.

13 of the current 25 Yankees are home grown so that AAA affiliate is doin' a heck of a job... or job-a ;) .....
Diana Krall is kinda cool i guess,.. if you're the type who isn't bothered by beautiful long legs and full bodied luscious hair takin' control of your eyes and imagination as you listen to an ultra talented songbird...
aahhhhhhhhhhhhhh,... no bother at all.............
