I could KICK myself. We were going to go to this show on Tuesday! Jude's friends were there and said there was an empty table next to them and Sonny was waiting to go on until the table was filled. In walks Jimmy!

Jimmy Buffett hopped on stage with Sonny Landreth and his band at Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett, NY this past Tuesday.
He sang "USS Zydecoldsmobile". When they finished he said that they only knew two songs and "By God you're going to hear the second one". Then they did a kick-ass version of "Jambalaya".
After that Jimmy said that Sonny and his band was "the best three piece rock and roll band in the country". He also said that when he retires he "wants to play rhythm guitar in Sonny's band".
