You can also go to craigslist.org, but I think TM is much easier and you don't have to be concerned about counterfeit tix. I just checked and there are a good number of decent seats at face value:

Tangie, they haven't announced the pre-game entertainment yet, but for the home opener on Monday night against Atlanta last year, there was music, food, drinks, etc. all around the Dome starting in the afternoon. It was like Mardi Gras in September. I was over on the Poydras side catching Cowboy Mouth up close until the cops shut them down because traffic couldn't get through (too many peeps in the street). Once the schedule is out, we can plan where to meet up.

YEA YEA YEA! You guys, this is going to be great. I ran into some guys from Rebirth last night and asked them about the pre-game and they said they would be there playing! I screamed WHO DAT at them and then asked them if they would be playing outside the Dome! Dirty Dozen plays at Tips Saturday the 22nd so they will be around as well. This is going to be so great!
Saw Stanton with Garage a Benevento last night as well! Great night.
Then ran to see Mem Shannon two blocks away! What a freaking night!

I had the pleasure of attending the first Saints playoff game against the Eagles in January of '93. My buddy and I got free tickets from a friend. We showed up at the Dome, and noticed our tickets were in the upper deck which was no big deal until we realized we were in folding chairs behind the top row (no lie) which in case you don't know is 3 miles from the field. We couldn't even see one corner of the end zone.

I think the Eagles scored about 20 points in the 4th quarter.

NEW ORLEANS ROCKERS "COWBOY MOUTH" TO PERFORM PRIOR TO SAINTS-TITANS MONDAY NIGHT CONTEST

New Orleans homegrown rockers Cowboy Mouth will help kickoff pre-game activities outside of the Louisiana Superdome at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 24 on the Bud Bridge, located at Gate C (LaSalle Street). The band will play a 90-minute set, wrapping up at 6:30, with the game set to kick off at 7:30.


For more than 15 years, the members of Cowboy Mouth have embraced, embodied, preached and shouted at the top of their lungs the joys of their hometown, sharing a slice of Mardi Gras heaven with fans around the world on 11 recordings and at their legendary live shows, which to date have been witnessed by more than 8 million and captured best by Cake magazine when it noted: "...on a bad night they'll tear the roof off the joint and on a good night they'll save your soul."


The New Orleans Saints Experience will kick off the day's official festivities with inflatable's and interactive activities at the northeast corner on the Plaza Level between gates B and C.


National recording artist Clay Walker will perform the National Anthem, and halftime will feature the New Orleans Police Department, who will present the colors.

Palace Cafe doesn't reopen for dinner till 5:30. That's the case w/ Irene's Cuisine and Cafe Giovanni also. Bacco opens at 6. We might need to meet somewhere at 5ish instead? Would that work? Or we could do Maspero's if we want to keep it super casual.
