bit overcast, wet and a tad bit nippy but overall great day of sailing with good wind and had to throw out some love to New Orleans on the lake

sweet picture! I was in ChiTown last year this time and did a sailboat cruise with some friends ... it was really windy & choppy & I froze my thin blooded azz off but it was a lot of fun! Seeing this pic reminded of that ... Cheers!

ha! sadly I'm in the same boat as you (no pun intended.) Just rented a J24 yesterday with some friends and family. Sadly I don't get and sail as much as I'd like to but it is much fun and yesterday was as well.
One day I just might be able to own a nice boat, and then I'll have to name it Fess or Tipitina!

I love sailing too. Used to have a Balboa 20 for many years. Spent more time maintaining than sailing, so I had to give her up. But I sure do miss sailing her!
