I left all my heart clips on the table at the patry, and the rest of the green beaded bracelets. I figured even guys could use the clips, if they wanted a heart on.

They weren't all THAT difficult to score. Hell, I got one each from all 3 of you!

Walking thru the FQ on Thurs, my buddy fell right into a manhole. I swear someone stole the water meter cover. His foot never hit the bottom, and he walked away with just a good story- but it could have been really ugly.

I always have the same regrets:
I wish I could be in twelve places at one time.
I wish that I could spend more time with each of the people that I've met through this bored.
I wish that I was independently wealthy and could just stay (and also buy whatever I want at LMF).

I fell in a hole on Thursday after Fan Fest, but not sure what kind of hole is was. I managed to come out with a very small cut on my ankle. Thanks to all the drunks around me that let me do that!!! Bastids!!! I must have had some bad ice cubes that evening!

To wrap this before I forget.
Mistakes: I told some of y'all that we started in on the Bloodies at 6:12am (sunrise). Big mistake. I was OK but already drunk at 10am when I hit Liuzza's, but OK and great to see the threadheads there. Got into the Fest, no prob. Got a beer and a stick of boudin, no prob. Then I kicked back to Wanda and then the likker and sun hit me like a sledgehammer. About noon. I was a very sick puppy. A rookie mistake and I paid dearly for the rest of the day. A boneheaded mistake I will not repeat.
Regrets: Only one day in six. And missed the patry. This was an unavoidable situation though. Some days chickens, some days eggs.
Biggest regret is not getting to spend some good times with the threadheads.
Apologies to all that endured my sickness and helped me along through the day. Looking back, although it was a rugged day, I did get in a few really good times and great hugs and smootchies, and got in some good music too.
'08 will be mobetta.

I hear ya Stax....I wish I would have made more meet-ups, I wish my feet would have held up better, I wish I never had to sleep when I'm in Nola (which I made a damn good effort at doing!), I wish that I got to meet everyone I wanted to meet but most times I was with my newbies and we couldn't move too much in the heat or crowd. Sorry guys, I feel bad about missing so many people....no Rosetree Fest, no raffle Patry...but the T-head patry rawked!!
