My biggest... left Allman Brothers halfway thru to catch end John Mayer (who I must say impressed the S*%& outta me)... and what did I miss... Yup, Susan Tedeschi. And what was the one thing I said all day... You got it... "I hope Susan Tedeschi sings with the Allman Brothers." Aahh. :o

... Oh, and my second FOMS was the threahead meetups... with the rain... I mean deluge on Friday, saving a spot to be up front for Irma Thomas on Saturday... and Sunday, well, I don't really have a good excuse for Sunday but I'm so sorry I missed being able to put the names with faces.
For the 2 I did get to meet, Tangled and RoseTree, it was a pleasure... for the rest, there is definately next year!!!

Preaching to the choir on that one! Damn!
Now I have to buy the jazzfest live disc :)
You couldn't have pulled me away from the Allman Brothers set with a tractor. Those guys still sound great after all these years. And they played for over 2 hours!

That time went by so fast for me. Plus, I was already worn out from the Cowboy Mouth set!
Derek Trucks is the most amazing young guitarist I've ever seen and he hardly moves a muscle - just plays.
