i was there - i have seen him before and he's great when he pulls out the blues jams like he did tonight. this set was a little different because he really did open up and jam on many of his songs - the other time I saw him he only did that a few times. I'm looking forward to (hopefully) buying the live recording - i'm assuming they did one...

I thought he played a great set. Not a stand-up-and-cheer type set (like I thought the Crows played on Friday), but a sit-down-tap-your-feet-and-think-"damn-this-guy-can-play"-set.
