anyone goin to the jazz fest party in teh quarter tomorrow afternoon..

La Belle Galerie will host its annual "Jazz Fest Kickoff Block Party." Thursday, April 26, 2007 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at 309 Chartres Street (between Conti and Bienville Streets). The event is free and open to the public. La Belle Galerie's Annual Jazz Fest Block Party features The Revealers, Rebirth Brass Band, the Revolution Steppers & Shaka Zulu Stilt Walkers.

Baby it's the day we celebrate our veterans, the Anzacs. Big, big day for aussies and kiwis as we recognise their efforts on our behalf. We have had more than a few in their honour today.
One day we'll go to Anzac Cove in Turkey where it went so very bad for our guys.
Lest we forget.
