best raw bars (oysters!)

living in the midwest I love nothing more then indulging in seafood when in places closer to large bodies of water and I can't wait to slurp down somer ersters next week.

Other then Acme what are some good raw/oyster bars in and around the French Quarter? Is Felix's still closed?
