Anyone ever seen this guy? He was lead guitar for Praxis at Vegoose and is nothing short of incredible. The overwhelming review was that everyone at this set in the front row had their "face melted". Not many people were there as they were the first act of Day 1, but we caught the last half of the set from a distance and I was blown away.

I'll definitely have to check this guy out when he's around here again!!

This is the same guy who played with Axl Rose when G&R broke up. The boy has chops...but how can someone play like that and have no facial expression? Kinda spooky. Does he get placement fees from KFC?

I've seen him twice-once opening for NMAS and once at waka. I know peeps who live for buckethead but he's not for moi. Just can't get past the schtick.

One time he opened for Galactic at Tips. I was scared at first but I decided he was worth watching once he started playing. He was pretty cool.

Never seen him before. There's some schtick... no doubt about that, but he can flat out play. I say take off the bucket and let it rip.

First time I saw him was a late nite set at Wakarusa and didn't move me. Next day I'm walking by a stage and its - holy cow, what's that? It was Buckethead and been hooked ever since. He played locally and have a great pic of him walking toward the stage by our startled friend. At least we have proof our friend is not Buckethead.

just went on his website, www.bucketheadland.com - hmmmmn...shock therapy, anyone? i'm not sayin' i wouldn't go see him, but he IS unusual! as an aside, "buckethead" is usually a term i give to idiots in traffic - i call 'em that so that it feels like i'm swearing when i'm really not!;) :D
