I know last Thursday was the goal for Dooky Chase but I don't think they made it. Does it look like they will be open for Jazz Fest?

Leah had a "private fundraiser" there last Thursday, has not yet opened to the general public. Looks ready, though.
Same with Willie Mae's Scotch House. We drove by both on Saturday.
