why are my cubes blank?

So when the cubes first came up, I could see all the artists. Now they are just a bunch of blank blue cubes until I rollover and select.

How can. See all the artists in the cube please.

Ps. Thbis will be my 12th straight year sine discovering the joy. The new cube settings are baffling me. Help please.
