I just got a booking for a wedding on the second Friday by a couple from Galveston. When I asked how they found me, they said that Swag from the Jazz Fest message bored had recommended me. So I guess I owe ya a beer, Swag. Thanx! FYI it'll be right after the gates open at the oak tree by the LA Folklife Village, so come on by, and wish them well, I don't think they'll mind. Just them, and a few thousand of their newest friends!

Yes. I also suggested that spot to them. I may need to skip out of my shift at Ms Lena's to bear witness to this.

Swag, I'm sure all involved would be honored to have you as a witness, and should you ever decide to become "unfree", I'd be honored to preside.

Video cameras are strictly verboten at JF, unless you are with a TV crew, which could well happen. I do know a producer at one of the local stations....

Hey that would be cool to be on TV. Are camera's at least allowed?

Cameras are allowed. Most digitals SLRs have a video function. You won't get a whole lot of video, but you might have enough for a short ceremony.
