we am already planning a food fest weekend - probably during Papa Noel rates in december. we'll add it (back) to the list.

OK with all this celebratin, I need to know more. I have seen this place, but never been there. Somebody share a description & location? What dishes or meals do you receommend there?

My favorite things about the CG were the omelletes and the waiters. They would interact with the patrons, joke around with you and make you feel welcome.

camelia grill is on Carrolton ave. near the intersection of st. charles....
cool part of town...some people call it the riverbend area....its near oak st.
a very interesting street....Charles Farmer plays jazz piano for breakfast
every day...and
where the Maple Leaf rocks on....
close to cooter browns...excellent fresh
oysters and sports bar.....theres a cool bike trail up on the levee a block
away...and the zoo is close......
take st. charles till it ends, and make a right on carrolton...
or take magazine past the zoo, it then kind of bends to the right,
and shortly after make a right on carrolton....
camellia grill will be on your left....
very good little vietnamese restaurant on the same block a few doors down..
across the street the Louisiana Pizza Kitchen, and a good french bakery..
