Well, the cubes are out now, and it looks to me like the natural time for the meetups would be daily at 1:45pm.

The big stages seem to break just before then most days. And that will let the meetups span the 2pm shift change at Ms. Lena's, so everyone would have a chance to mingle.

Does that work?

Now you know how to make us Fest Virgins feel welcome. Can't wait to meet so many of you! The friends who are so tight here make all feel welcome.

Maybe this is a good place to repeat my suggestion - nay, PLEA - that everyone bring with them and wear name tags to the Threadhead meet-ups with their JF bored screen names printed
IN VERY DARK, LARGE BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS
so that we can recognize each other AND not have to put our damn reading glasses on to peer at each others' chests OR spend precious time asking dozens of people "what's your name?".

Bon,
A few fests ago, Festnut brought 2"x4" name tag stickers and a sharpie pen.

It will be in my last wishes and fheezee understand it is to be a huge CELEBRATION and not a downer bereavement patry....

I have also wanted to one time before I die to do all 15 days of JF. I think it might kill me, but I will go with the biggest smile on my face imaginable! :)

Nothing else semi-official, but you should find lots of threadheads before the gates open outside of Liuzza's. There will also be many of them there after fest. At any given time there will be lots of threadheads working at Ms. Lena's especially prior to 2 PM each day. If you are looking for someone in particular, those there may have some idea where you could try to catch up with them or at least pass on a contact number for you to them the next day.

We had a piece of foamcore in '05 that Ms Lena supplied, along with some push pins. Not much use was made of it then although there were a few things posted there as I remember... mostly business cards. :)
