Fact Pattern:
We're comin in early (Wed 1 WE). Looking for a budget hotel for that one night as we have rented a house for all other nights.
Hotels on line in the $75 - $90 range that night include:
Queen and Crescent, Pelham, Dupree, Parc St Charles, St Ann Marie Antionette.
If you have POST experience with these hotels I would appreciate your thoughts. I 've stayed at several of them Pre but looking for recent experience.
Thanks all.

Bumpin' for some love.....if my request was too narrow, I'll take any info on Queen and Crescent & St Ann Marie Antoinette (let me eat cake). Any info at all.
Anyone? ANyone? Bueller?

Sure. I know those websites. I was actually trying to squeeze some value from this bored and those on bored so as to justify my time here.

Hey Now Nash. I stayed at Queen and Crescent in January, and have stayed at Parc St Charles in the past. The Queen is a great place; nicely furnished rooms, friendly staff, and a three min. walk to the Quarter. As I recall, the Parc St. Charles was also fine, but its been a couple of years since I stayed there. I hope you find a nice place for your stay, Matthew

I've now heard a couple good things about the Queen. Believe I am leaning that way.

We're staying @ The St Ann for the first time this year. Good price, good location, pool. How bad could it be?

I've stayed at both the Q&C and the Antionette. I would stay at the Q&C again but not likely at the Antionette. But both times were pre-thing.

I've stayed at the QA Marie Antoinette. Was the same kind of deal, only needed it for 2 nights when my house rental became available. Nothing impressive but clean enough condidering its location. Small courtyard. Don't recall a bar but it's smack dab in the middle of the qtr. Very small rooms, but again, for one night it will do. If you have a car parking will cost ya in the qtr. Never stayed at the Queen & Crescent due to its location.

Momma Bear Breaker 1-9 you got your ears on? Come back.
Your confusion was confusing.
I was trying to get value from people on the bored instead of a flat web page. You know, use the bored in one of the ways it was intended

Can't go too wrong for one night. May end up in harrah's all night anyway.

Personally, I like the Provincial. Quaint, not a massive chain, walking distance to Cafe Dumond, much quieter part of the quarter.

Nash,
Stayed at the Q & C two years ago. Not a bad hotel...clean, everything worked, rooms were a little small but probably only an issue if there will be more than 3 in a room. Short walk to the Quarter. I think you could do much worse than the Q & C.
