I know this is off topic of the festival itself...not music-oriented, but I really need to plan ahead for this, so I thought I'd ask:

Does anyone happen to know of a place in the 1/4 (or other) that that migth be showing the Oscar de la Hoya vs Floyd Mayweather fight on Saturday May 5th?

I'll google it too, but I figured there migth be some sports fans here who have experience watching televised sports in NO.

Thanks in advance.

I guess you'd have to call around to see who's gonna show it. First place that came to my mind is Cooter Brown's.

Cooters is fun! Met amyloves there for the Saints game. We both really liked it. Great food and MANY tv's!

It's Pay per View, so it will be tough to find. Normally, commercial establishments pay a huge price for those if they can get them at all.

Ouhh, all good points. Being that it is Pay-Per-View and bars get charged a lot could cause an issue.

I will check into the Casino. If they have a game-betting room I'm sure it will be on.

Thanks all!

They do have a Sports Book and I'm sure they'll have the fight on there.
