I want to bring by 1-1/2 year old, does anyone know if the restrooms in the grandstand have changing facilities? I have never paid attention before!!

No changing tables, per se, but my wife says there's a table in the Women's Room in the Grandstand she has used to change our son.
Personally, I think it would be a lot easier to go up to the upper level of the Grandstand, find a private corner and take care of things there.
From experience, I can tell you there are many private corners all over the Fairgrounds.
