First off: I wouldn't do something like this to y'all at Jazz Fest.

I'm heading out tomorrow morning to the 55th running of the 12 Hours of Sebring. It's an endurance race for sports cars, so unlike NASCAR the cars turn both left and right and they are cutting-edge automotive technology (not stuck in the '60s). This will be my 37th consecutive trip. It's known by some as the Mardi Gras of Motorsports. The party is immense and mirrors the best (worst?) of Bourbon Street debauchery and juvenile behavior. I love it!

Our krewe, The Pit Crew, strive to be the most obnoxious bunch in the crowd of 200,000. I was up late last night working on one of this year's gags. I'll be handing out Free Porn! DVDs. They are actually coasters--music CD-Rs that failed to burn properly--dressed up with nice-looking labels. I expect people will fight over them, handle them carefully until they return home, then spend too much time trying to get them to play. Serves those pervs right!
