JF with a one year old and "Rookie" Parents

We are new to JF and will be bringing our son for his 1st Bday. Few questions? (And, open to any other advise)
1) Jog stroller or Umbrella Stroller? (or, backpack only)
2) Best place to park or transportation with all the gear?
3) Where is the Shell/Motiva Hospitality tent located?

I am sure I will think of more questions by next weekend. I have seen a lot of positive things about bringing the kids and I want to have a good time. Please let me know all a "rookie" needs to know.
