Can VIP (Grand Marshall or Krewe of Jazz) tickets be shared?

I'm would like to purchase VIP tickets (either Grand Marshall or Krewe of Jazz) but can only make it out for 1/2 day Saturday (mainly to see Simon&Garfunkel) --just wondering if it's OK to share / split the tickets with someone else who might be interested in going Fri and Sun ?

BTW, if allowed, anyone interested in sharing 1st weekend VIP with me :) ??
Like I've mentioned, I'm only going to use it for Sat (Apr 24th).

You can share different days. I'm interested in doing the same thing 2nd weekend. I just want Grand Marshal for Sat. May 1. Chances for me are not great.
