Where is the 'Will Call' box office

We have just purchased tickets for the second weekend through ticketmaster and, as international customers, we need to collect them from the 'will call' box office. Does anybody know where this is going to be as we can't find any info other than that we will require photo ID?

i believe will call is available at either of the pedestrian entrances at the festival, Gentilly or Sauvage. (you go thru bag security check to get to the ticket windows) get there early, as there may be a bit of a line the first day of each weekend.
i dont know if you can pick up will call earlier at the Superdome/Arena. but an expert will be along soon to post the information you are seeking.

I know little about will call but there is a will call box office at the Gentilly entrance. I do know that.

I have not been going as long as the pro's around here...but never seen a line that makes you wanna go...damn. The security lines are longer each time I pass through the wonderful fest gates.

I always enter through the Sauvage street entrance & the will call line is right there. You can't miss it.

Yep, we're international travellers and I've done Will Call before (and again this year). Very easy to find, just make sure you have all the id on hand as sometimes the staff on the gates can be a little officious :)

The will-call at the Sauvage St entrance is just to the right of the other counters and if I recall correctly it's just to the left at the Gentilly entrance. You can't miss them. The line always seems to be a lot shorter than the other ones so you shouldn't have any problems.
