Hope you all are doing well!

This will be my first time attending the festival as PRESS.

What is the procedure, who do I contact to get press clearance for the festival?

Where is the staging area for the press?

What's the best way to schedule interviews with performers--through the festival or through performer managers and publicists?

I'm a journalist interested in covering the Festival. How can I apply for press credentials?
If you have an assignment from a publication to cover the Jazz & Heritage Festival, please send the following as early as possible:
1.) Letter of assignment from your editor;
2.) A copy of the publication;
3.) The days you're planning to cover the Festival and your contact information.

It is recommended that all requests are submitted by April 1. All media interested in covering the Festival are encouraged to contact the Press Office in advance at 504-410-4100.
