Since I am a first weekend fester this year, I'm able to catch the Eagles in San Jose on 4/30. Scored 4 seats in the 24th row. The Shark Tank is not my favorite venue, but what the hell. Never seen 'em and looking forward to it.

I really hope you enjoy it! I haven't seen them for many years now, but when I did, I was absolutely knocked out by their vocals and their amazingly impressive body of work: hit after hit after hit. Say what you will about them, they're truly legendary when it comes to having an exceptional catalog of music to choose from!

I've been a long-time fan and saw them for the first time last year at New Orleans Arena. It was the best arena-type concert I've been to in years. Great musicianship, and great vocal harmonies even at this point in their career(s). Henley, Frey and Walsh all did a couple of their solo numbers mixed in with the Eagles stuff - it was just a great experience. Joe Walsh is still awesome on guitar.

I hope you have a great time!

oh, man... I'm getting old... the last time I saw the Eagles live, Bernie Leadon was still in the band! My 70-something mom went during the last retirement tour & had a great time. Dig Steuart Smith taking over Don Felder's role - one of my favorite pickers (his nylon string solo on Roseanne Cash's version of "This is the way we make a broken heart" just kills me).
