Pisces is the twelfth Sign of the Zodiac, and it is also the final Sign in the Zodiacal cycle. Hence, this Sign brings together many of the characteristics of the eleven Signs that have come before it. Pisceans, however, are happiest keeping many of these qualities under wraps. These folks are selfless, spiritual and very focused on their inner journey. They also place great weight on what they are feeling. Yes, feelings define Pisceans, and it's not uncommon for them to feel their own burdens (and joys) as well as those of others. The intuition of the Pisces-born is highly-evolved. Many people associate Pisceans with dreams and secrets, and it's a fair association, since those born under this Sign feel comfortable in an illusory world.
It's a pair of Fish that represents Pisceans, a symbol which prompts others to suggest that these people 'go with the flow' and 'don't make waves.' Both of these labels are true, since Pisceans are fluid and easy-going, in keeping with the Mutable Quality assigned to this Sign. The fact that two fish (as opposed to one) represent the members of this Sign also speaks to the duality of Pisceans, their yin and yang sensibility. Pisceans alternate between reality and non-reality in keeping with their introspective natures; their voyage between consciousness and an unconscious dream state says much about their intuitive, almost psychic natures. For this reason, Pisceans can be hard to pin down, prompting some to call them the chameleons of the Zodiac. The Fish are happy to be considered hazy, since there's a certain sense of safety in that self-proclaimed netherworld. That said, they won't stay away for long, since one of their primary goals is to help others. Pisceans are compassionate, charitable and will quickly put the needs of others ahead of their own. It's this kind of self-sacrifice which keeps these folks going. The flip side to their giving natures is that oft-timid Fish are likely to be taken advantage of by less well-meaning souls.
Pretty accurate for me but, to be far (see there I go again) I guess I have to admit the good with the bad too, so---
Individuals born under this sign are thought to be dreamy, romantic, humorous, generous, emotional, receptive, affectionate, and have an honest character, but are also prone to exaggeration, fickleness, passiveness, hypersensitivity, and paranoia. Pisceans are said to like mystery and solitude to dream in.

I'm Sagittarius, babeee!!! Dec. 13 (same day as Dick van Dyke, Christopher Plummer, Jamie Foxx, Steve Buscemi, Morris Day, Johnny Whitaker, Ted Nugent, and Tom Vilsack)
"Sagittarius, the ninth Sign of the Zodiac, is the home of the wanderers of the Zodiac. It's not a mindless ramble for these folks, either. Sagittarians are truth-seekers, and the best way for them to do this is to hit the road, talk to others and get some answers. Knowledge is key to these folks, since it fuels their broad-minded approach to life. The Sagittarian-born are keenly interested in philosophy and religion, and they find that these disciplines aid their internal quest. At the end of the day, what Sagittarians want most is to know the meaning of life, and if they accomplish this while feeling free and easy, all the better.
It's the Archer which represents Sagittarians, although in this case it's a Centaur (half man, half beast) which is flinging the arrows. Centaurs were the intellectuals of ancient Roman mythology, and Sagittarians are quick to consider themselves their modern-day counterparts. Those born under this Sign are clear thinkers and choose to look at the big picture most of the time. They also like it when others agree with their well-thought-out point of view. The alternative to this, for better or for worse, is a Sag who can become argumentative and blunt.
That's not to say that these folks are intransigent -- Archers will listen to what others have to say, in keeping with the Mutable Quality assigned to this Sign. Indeed, Sagittarians are enthusiastic consumers of information (and enthusiastic in general), the better to get the answers they need. It's also a good idea to give Sags lots of room to explore their world. Once these folks start to feel hemmed in, they'll become impatient and difficult.
The Archer is keen on having anyone or anything around that will provide just a little more insight or education with regards to life in general. Because of their fascinatingly intellectual and adventurous nature, your Sagittarius friend is likely to be constantly surrounded by comrades and acquaintances. If anyone ever loved having a pie thrown in their face, it's a Sag. Often the class clown, their sense of fun and love of madcap exploits draws people to them. As a bonus, their knowledge of travel, philosophy and culture makes them fascinating conversationalists.
If you meet a Sagittarius while hiking through the Himalayas with a pack strapped to your back, you've made a friend for life. Looking to discover more and more about the world around them, the Archer will make friends with people from all over the world and from every walk of life. An instant bond can be struck if you're attending a class on a foreign culture or language. You can count on those midnight phone call to be answered by your Sagittarius friend promptly and effectively, and they will never grudge a favor. In return, however, you should keep your sense of adventure intact and be ready to run with the Archer wherever their whims lead them." :D

I've decided that the Eleven (rather than Twelve) Days of Jan will begin on April 1st. (HB Tangled & Tiffany (Bluesmama's sister)!) Celebration will continue thru Jan Eve on April 10th, culminating with The Most High Day of Jan on the 11th! Celebration this year will continue thru April 30th, day of departure after first weekend.

Pisces here. March 15th (beware the Ides of March, folks). Although, I have to admit, the whole zodiac thing has always confused me because my older sister has the exact same birthday as me, 2 years earlier, and you couldn't find 2 people on the planet less alike than she and I. Let's just say, if she went to JF, she would NEVER "get it". It would be "Oh, it's too dusty, and crowded, and hot, and yada, yada, yada."""......AHHHHHH..... She's the person who orders dinner at a restaurant and ALWAYS complains about SOMETHING. Very high maintenance. Me, if I order chicken and they bring me steak, it's o.k. I'll eat. I don't care. Whatever.

Ya' know Amy, I never knew anything different, so it never really phased me. We are so totally different, that we never celebrated together after the age of around 5 or 6 anyway. It was WAY harder to share a bedroom with her than our birthday!!! ;}
Is Magdalena a typical Pisces? If so, I would think she would love Fest.

Most likely, unless you and your sister were born at exactly the same time in the same city, you have a different rising (or Moon) sign than she does . . . that would account for the variances in astrological personality traits.
I'm Sagittarius with Taurus rising and thus have traits from both signs (Double Stubborn for instance) :)

Yep, Magda is a very true Pisces, very intuitive and generous, she's been to Fest before, she ended up changing her flight to stay longer, problem has always been the every other weekend she has her kids, when we were single weekenders it didn't always match up, but this year with both weekends, no reason for her not to make it back :)

Interesting. Most likely we were not born at the exact same time. But we were born in the same city & hospital. No idea about the times. My birth cert. doesn't list a time.

Well - I like this! And it really was love at first touch.
Pisces + Cancer
Water + Water = Deluge
With a Pisces and Cancer combination it could be quite easy for both of you to slip into a state of ease and complacency. You offer each other so much in the way of emotional compatibility! This is because your star signs are both of the same element: water. This connection will be obvious the moment you lay eyes on each other.
You値l instinctively understand each other. You are both caring and supportive, and usually you値l just know what the other痴 needs are. You are both also very intuitive, and you値l be very much in tune. Feeling is the operative word in this relationship.
Both of you are very flexible, and sometimes your lives seem to have little or no direction. This is exciting, but it can also be confusing when you get together. Your relationship requires firm grounding and a very clear direction if it is going to rest on anything more solid and long-lasting than sentiment.
Pisces, you are a psychic sign; Cancer is also intuitive, but expresses it in a more practical way. Cancer is family-oriented, whereas you see the human race as your family. Your love is universal: it extends beyond family and friends. This approach is too abstract for many Cancerians to go along with.
There is, however, a strong bond between you, because you can stimulate the emotional and intuitive side of Cancer.
Cancer is a very moody sign, and they can sometimes hold grudges. You are also rather moody, but you forgive and forget slight hurts and misunderstandings more easily.
Feeling, touching and demonstrating your feelings is another thing you have in common. And consideration is something else you both seem to have in great measure.
Sexual sparks will fly when you two connect. You are hugely attracted to each other and your physical relationship will be wonderful and extraordinary.
Cancers born between 22 June and 3 July have the powerful influence of the Moon affecting their inner and outer lives. They are sensitive, and highly volatile, so they overreact to even very tiny issues. This will bug you.
Your best match with Cancerians is with those born between 4 July and 13 July. There will be tremendous love, compassion and warmth between you. This is a caring relationship that will satisfy you deeply, and it has excellent long-term prospects.
Cancers born between 14 July and 22 July will give you a good sense of unity; you値l find you have a lot in common. You値l immediately be comfortable together, even doing boring old day-to-day activities and just hanging out.
