Due to a friend of mine having a recent heart attack he has decided that he will take it easy for a few months and he will not be able to make the journey over to Nola with me,next year.I told him that it would be good for his health,but the thought of 14 hours on a plane just does not appeal to him at the moment.
Anyway I now have a room available in a 2 bedroom Condo near the Ursuline Convent.Sharon stayed there last year and has told me that the place is fine and well located.
I have got a good price which changes if you go from 2 to 3 people.
For 2 people it ends up cheaper than all but the very best hotel deals when you factor in the tax you pay on top of your priceline or Hotwire price.
I have the place from the Wednesday before to the Tuesday after.
