Chris, if they were just mailed out then I'd give it until Tuesday to get here. Being in a small NH town it always seems to take 1 day longer than normal for the mail to arrive. So if they are not here by then I'll get in touch with you.

My computer here at the office is not letting me connect to the "write a review" page (I keep getting an "unknown error" message) but I will try later at home. In the meantime, I wanted to mention that it would be good if we could somehow get the artists identified with their respective tracks on iTunes. Ideally, it would be great of they could be identified with the track listings so that people will know who appears on the album, and so that the album will be returned with search results if people search for a particular artist. If we can't do that, perhaps one of the reviews can at least list who is on the album, so that those who come across it while shopping will have some idea of who is on it. I don't imagine many people would buy it without having some idea of who the artists are.

Bobby Charles has a CD single out called Happy Halloween. As I look at the Halloween playlists I've put together over the past several years, there is a disproportionate amount of New Orleans music. Especially old Dr. John and, of course, Cowboy Mouth's "Voodoo Shoppe". On that note, I suggest for 2010, A Very Threadhead Halloween. I think the creativity of Paul Sanchez and the other Threadhead artists would truly shine and New Orleans has so much mystery and imagination, it would be a perfect fit.

Does anyone know of any THR Holiday songs that have been posted on Youtube? I've got a place that I can post them to get a little publicity.

I doubt there are any videos. I don't think any of the songs have been performed yet. Hopefully, that will change in the next week or two. :)

I note that the LMF in-store schedule advertised on the back cover of the December Offbeat has Paul, Matt, Debbie, Glen David, Margie and Craig playing songs from the holiday album on December 5th. Perhaps LMF will record it like it does many other in-stores; and/or perhaps a local TH can get in there and do so.

I gave a copy to a good friend who loves Christmas music (but it is not necessarily into New Orleans Music). He played it for the first time yesterday,

Then he called me today to tell me he listened to Shamarr's song at least 10 times since then!
