So the Riverside Hilton is in the Downtown Zone or the Convention Center Warehouse District Zone?? What do you think?

That part of the map looks pretty clear to me, the boundary is Poydras St, with the casino-side Downtown and the Riverwalk-side in the CCWAD. That would put the Hilton in the CCWAD zone.
The mystery to me is which zone the Westin is in. The Downtown/FQ boundard seems to cut across the middle of the Canal Place mall and Westin.
My bigger concern with the new zones is the expansion of the FQ zone to include parts of the Treme, all of the Marigny, and even the upper Bywater. At the higher star levels, I doubt there are any hotels in those areas that could come up, but at the 1 & 2* levels, I wonder if there might me. I know most FQ bidders would be surprised and unhappy to find themselves in a property downriver of Franklin Ave.
