I agree with this idea. The flood didn't need to happen. It was a federal flood. Federal and State government has really raped the land and the people of Louisiana. tiny example: 6 million dollars for crime cameras in New Orleans and one arrest. 6 mill would be a nice raise or would add a few more good cops that could have brought in thousands of arrests.
