Looks like Widespread Panic is usually joined during thier opening slot by one or more members of the Allman Brothers Band, often Derek Trucks.........

I hope you have a great time at your shows this week Fred.

Both the Dallas & Houston shows were great! It sure looks like Derek is the leader of the band. Friday night Derek came out with Widespread Panic and Warren played with them Saturday night. I stayed out early Friday night, arrived home from Dallas at 4AM. Sold my tickets for both shows and was able to upgrade by working the parking lot. Working the parking lot for an WP/ABB show can be interesting. I was able to meet some interesting folks. Some of the WP crowd will be at Voodoo.Widespread Panic & The Allman Brothers Band Setlists

The highlight of both nights was Saturday with ABB's encore with all of Widespread Panic on stage playing Southbound!

Nice, there's some stuff on the Saturday setlist I would have liked to have heard, but there are also songs I heard Friday that I wouldn't have wanted to give up.

Did they do the extended multiple drummer jam on Saturday too?

Swag, there was no drum solo on Saturday. I'm wondering how much longer the current ABB lineup will be together. I haven't heard anything, just wondering.

I've read a couple of interviews with Butch recently- he hints that their annual touring is becoming too much to handle...
