Why no Meters show this year? Hopefully they play a night show too as i see all the members are in town playing other gigs.

Art Sat in at a show at Howlin' Wolf at Mardi Gras. He wasn't to well. I'm not sure if he has a whole show in him. Perhaps a combination of he and Ivan is possible.

Yeah you right, Tim!

I keep hoping too, but word on the street is not looking good for the original four members...

I'm still hoping for a funky Meters night show. Heck, I'm hoping for at least two. :D

The suspense is killing me - but you know when it happens it will be worth the wait.

Superfly Boys: Yall listenin' out there? Give us some funky Meters, baby! We're jonesing for it, so help us scratch that itch.

Peace.

Hell yeah, throw Ivan in there too while you at it. PBS plus Leo huh. I can dig that.

I too would LOVE a funky Meters show, but if not the PBS show w/ Leo should be a hoodoo shakedown. God Bless Art Neville!!!

Thanks Underdog,
That Bayou rendezvous at howlin wolf is one of my must do's again this year. So far the line up is great.
